~ SALADS AND LUNCH PLATES ~

FOR ANY SALAD: add a filet of chicken breast – $6; add a filet of fresh fish – $14.

KULA SALAD – $10.

Organic greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, Greek olives. Balsamic dressing.

CAESAR – $10.

Heart of romaine, Parmesan, croutons and anchovies (if you want them).

BURRATA CAPRESE – $12.

Maui made fresh mozzarella filled with creamy ricotta cheese.

Served over baked tomatoes with basil, oregano, capers and extra virgin olive oil.

With Italian prosciutto – add $4; with grilled eggplant – add $2.

KAUPO – $16.

Seared New York steak over organic greens, roasted peppers and red onions. Gorgonzola dressing with truffle oil.

QWACK SALAD – $16.

Shredded duck over organic greens, with Kula onions, dried cranberries, goat cheese. Raspberry vinaigrette.

UPCOUNTRY SALAD – $14.

Fresh spinach, beets, caramelized walnuts, feta cheese, Kula strawberries. Balsamic vinaigrette.

MELANZANE ALLA PARMIGIANA – $16.

Layers of baked eggplant, marinara sauce, basil, mozzarella and Parmesan.

PORTOFINO – $20.

A filet of fresh fish from Maui’s ocean grilled and served over steamed spinach, with pine nuts, garlic and lemon over quinoa salad.

AHI IBIZA* – $20.

A filet of fresh ahi, coated with creole spices, seared medium rare, served over arugula and saffron rice with pineapple chutney.

LOBSTER AND SHRIMP SALAD* – $16.

Poached lobster and shrimp, oranges, avocados, corn, almonds, arugula. Lemon dressing.

BRODETTO DI VONGOLE* – $14.

Clams, simmered with white wine, garlic and parsley. Grilled crostini.

AHI TEMPURA* – $18.

Rolls of fresh Ahi tempura style, with crispy slaw and wasabi sauce.

FISH AND CHIPS – $14.

A classic dish of fried fish and frites.

POLLO PARMIGIANA – $16.

Breaded and fried chicken breast, layered with marinara and mozzarella cheese. Served with frites and organic greens tossed with tomatoes and feta cheese.

Angus ground beef, cheddar and all the trimmings on a sesame seeds bun.

AHI* – $20.

A filet of fresh ahi, seared, served on a taro bread bun with arugula and a roasted peppers rosemary sauce.

TURKEY BURGER* – $14.

Home-made ground turkey patty with bacon, smoked mozzarella with all the trimmings on a sesame seed bun. Dijon mustard sauce on the side.

KEANAE – $14.

Kalua pig on a taro bun with smoked mozzarella, greens and a chutney pineapple salsa on the side.

KANAIO* – $16.

Strips of New York steak, marinated in balsamic, seared with Kula onions and red peppers. Served with provolone and arugula on a taro bun.

ORGANICO – $12.

Locally made organic and vegan burger, grilled Portobello mushrooms marinated in balsamic, onions, tomatoes, romaine. Add cheese – $2.
